2025 was a defining year for Shakti—a year where vision transformed into vibrant action and community energy came alive. The year began with the Shakti Annual Event on International Women’s Day, a powerful gathering that celebrated the strength, creativity, and leadership of women across every walk of life.                        

Soon after, Shakti took a major step forward by officially forming as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, guided by a dedicated core team of 19 dynamic women. Each member brought her own passion and expertise. Together, they became the driving force behind Shakti’s mission.

In May, Shakti honored the heart of every home and community by celebrating Mother’s Day with a warm and meaningful tribute to the women behind the movement.

As the year continued, Shakti hosted a fundraising event that united the community in support of future initiatives. The event showcased local talent, amplified stories of impact, and invited supporters to invest in a shared vision of empowerment, education, and service.

Throughout 2025, Shakti grew—not only in numbers, but in purpose and spirit. What began as a spark evolved into a thriving network of women uplifting women, building bridges across generations, cultures, and causes. Shakti became a living movement—one defined by collaboration, compassion, and the collective power of community.
